RELEASE OF LIABILITY AND ACKNOWLEDGEMENT AND ACCEPTANCE OF DANGERS, RISKS AND HAZARDS OF HUNTING LEASE

I Hereby acknowledge that I have knowingly and willingly entered a Hunting Lease Agreement, or become a party bound by the terms and conditions of a Hunting Lease Agreement by and between Randy Hutto (hereinafter the Lessor, whether one or more) and__________________________________________, dated____________, I understand the terms, provisions and conditions of the Hunting Lease Agreement and will abide by its terms, provisions and conditions. I further acknowledge and understand that no warranty, either expressed or implied, is made by the Lessor as to the condition of the hunting lease(hereinafter the leased premises) located in Kinney County, Texas, or any roads, buildings, gates or other improvements located thereon. This document is sufficient warning that dangerous conditions, risks, hazards do exist. My presence and activities on the leased premises expose both me and my property to dangerous conditions, risks and hazards, including but not limited to: physical injury, including death or dismemberment, poisonous snakes, insects and spiders; blinds and tree stands, whether or not erected by Lessor; erosion and general condition of the land, both on and off roadways or senderos, creating rough, hazardous and dangerous driving and walking conditions; animals both wild and domestic that may be diseased and/or potentially dangerous; deep water; persons with firearms both on or off the leased premised; and the use of vehicles. I hereby state that I expressly assume all such dangers, risks and hazards.

I agree to conduct myself in a safe and cautious manner and will comply with all Texas Parks and Wildlife gun and hunter safety precautions.

In consideration for the right to enter the leased premises, I hereby release and agree to protect, indemnify and hold harmless the Lessor and his or her respective agents, employees and assigns from and against any and all claims, demands, causes of action and damages, including attorney's fees, resulting from any accident, incident or occurrence arising out of, incidental to or in any way resulting from the use of the leased premises and all improvements thereon, whether or not caused by the Lessor's negligence or gross negligence. This release applies during the time that I am permitted on the leased premises. I hereby further covenant and agree that I, my heirs, successors and assigns will not make any claim or institute any suit or action at law or in equity against the Lessor or his or her respective heirs, agents, representatives, employees, successors or assigns.

As used in this release the terms I, my person and myself include minors in my care while on the leased premises.

The contractual obligations of this lease shall be performed in Kinney County, Texas and Hays County shall be the County of venue for all suits brought under the lease for covenants or agreements contained herein.

Non-Hunters-$250/per day
All Package Hunts includes: Meals and Lodging at the Perdido Ranch Hunting Cabin

4 days-3 night: $3,200 per person +Replacement/Harvest Fee
Hunting begins on Thursday at Noon at the Perdido Ranch in South Texas and ends around 9:30am on Sunday...after breakfast and loading up Sunday, you should be out the gate around 12 noon.
    1. Unload and stretch-get familiar with the ranch layout
    2 .Shoot rifle-making sure you are shooting "on".
    3  Around 4:00pm - out to the pasture to begin the "hunt".
    4. Hunting the morning and afternoons of Friday and Saturday. Last hunt, Sunday am
    5. You should be out the Perdido gate heading home around noon on Sunday

3 days- 2 night package: $2,800. per person + Replacement/Harvest Fee
Hunting begins on Friday at Noon at the Perdido Ranch in South Texas and ends around 9:30 am on Sunday...after breakfast and loading up Sunday, you should be out the gate around 12 noon.

    2. Shoot rifle-making sure you are shooting "on"
    3. Around 4:00pm-out in the pasture to begin the "hunt"

Management Hunts
    2 Day-1 Night October Management Hunt: $1,500
    3 Day-2 Night October Management Hunt: $1,900

The October Management Hunts are for Deer scoring under 120 B&C and/or Guides Judgment. Your Guide will determine a Perdido October Management Buck to harvest.
Hunting begins either on Saturday at noon (2 day hunt) or Friday at noon (3 day hunt) and will end Sunday morning approx. 9:30 am. After breakfast and packing up, plan on leaving the Ranch around noon on Sunday.
    1. Unload and stretch – get familiar with the Ranch layout
    2. Shoot rifle- making sure you are shooting "on".
    3. Around 4:00pm – out in the pasture to begin the "hunt"
    4. Hunt ending around 9:30am Sunday morning. Eat Breakfast, pack up, and your leaving the Perdido Ranch around noon on Sunday.

Package Price Replacement/Harvest Fees:

All package prices include 1 mature doe. Scoring calculations are measured using Boone and Crockett Scoring Methods.

Management Hunt Replacement/Harvest Fee is only for Deer Scoring under 120, or determined to be a Management Buck by your guide. No Harvest fee is charged.

Trophy Hunt Replacement/Harvest Fee:
    120 up to 140= $1,000
    140 up to 160= $3,000
    160 up to 180= $6,000
    180 and up = $10,000

Conditions:
    1. In case of an irretrievably wounded animal, full price must be paid based on the Guides estimated score. A shot that has missed is assumed to have wounded the animal, unless clear indication of a clean miss is apparent to the guide.
    2. A "Release of Liability and Acknowledgment and Acceptance of Dangers, Risks and Hazard of Hunting Lease," must be signed before a hunt begins.

PAYMENT
50% down required as a Reservation/Booking Fee-Remainder of Package Price due upon arrival at the Perdido Ranch. No refunds on Reservation/Booking Fee.
